Although I planned to have a skive day I ended up doing a 30 minute walk at lunchtime in my best work shoes lol (I was off site). It was a beautiful day but cold brrrrrrrhhhhh.

I'll off out with my sister tonight, so no more exercise for me, except to lift the wine glass up to my lips and back down to the table

I keep trying to skive too but guilt makes me get on the numb bum machine. Might have to be a day off tomorrow as off to a party in Manchester and have food to make first .. I'll try and get in 30 minutes dancing x

I usually have plain Greek yoghurt and tried these , the coconut one is yummy but I have to admit Bs went up a little but not for long

Look what my neighbour did today , love it .

I went to watch a young friend run at the Emirates stadium in Glasgow, had to walk up and down stairs a few times but sadly again not very energetic . I need to do better than I have been . It's funny but I've always tended to hibernate in the winter , I think I must have been a bear in a passed life . I suppose at least I'm doing something and not being a couch potato . The other thing is that I feel guilty if I do nothing so I do move around my house where as before I would have sat down all night .

We had some snow yesterday morning about a cm and it was gone by lunchtime.

Yesterday I did 90 minutes walking

Yesterday I got my thirty minutes in dancing at a do- paying for it today as my knees and legs ache.May have a skive day today as sore throat and feel rough x

This morning I've been moving beds etc , going up and down stairs and this afternoon I have to move clothes from one room to another and do a mammoth ironing

I have pottered about though, even though I felt like staying in bed.
Frustrating to have plans scuppered, but working on the principle that if I try to get back to training too soon it will set me back for longer.
