Step into Spring

Haha @cold ethyl I feel your pain , I've walked the passed days because my bum needs a break .

Day 5 of 5x50 done
 
Day 7 of 5x50 complete
 
Mainly walking last few days as I've done something to my feet. I need to get some proper trainers to peddle in as I keep scrunching up my toes when I peddle and then they ache like Billy- o.
 
I know what you mean cold ethyl.
I walked 8 miles today , mainly up hill . Now lying on my bed watching TV lol

What a lovely view ..

I have not written on here for ages ..

But I have progressed to walking 5 days out of 7

3 to 4 miles ...and I jog about half a mile started doing that last week ....not sure I will jog further I hsve a restrictive lung ...so I stop and start a bit ...
But the half mile stopping and starting feels really good x will try to continue with that ...
 
Out in the garden with spring sunshine and loads of birds
was lovely today.
Been painting a mirror to hang in the garden .
Fresh air and spring sunshine - keeping active helps lower
the blood sugars .
 
Kat 100 it was worth the climb . You are doing great .

Now up to day 11 complete . At least 5 km for 11 days .
 
Spring snuck up.

Have not been well enough to exercise much recently, just managed to plod and potter as best as possible. Been in the swimming pool today though.
 
Winter was hard I think .
Now it's lighter nights and a bit warmer Pipp hopefully you lol feel better xx
 


Day out . Perth, St Andrews and Anstruther.
Lovely day and walked miles .
 
60 minutes walking in the City of London yesterday (my colleagues had moved office! )

No, not that blatant, we have lots of offices and I was visiting another branch. I knew they were moving, but I forgot ... it was even on the end of their emails
 


Lovely walk again. Saw squirrels , rabbits and wild ( not so wild ) Bose.
 
Cold and rainy today so 12km on numb bum
 
Been mostly walking as out and about doing stuff.
Yesterday 12 mins peddling and 11/2hrs walk
Today dash round Asda and then 28 mins peddling.
 
6km on numb bum
