Another 50 minutes brisk walk today.
I wish she did iron, or anyone else did for that matter lol
70 minutes walking through the woods in the evening sun . Lovely day . Saw 3 deer playing
Not managed much due to tooth extraction but back to it gently today. 1 hr walk and 15 mins peddling.
Been working all weekend, hopefully get back to some walking and the rowing machine this week.

Hi again! So I struggle with exercising in winter (and at other times lol).
I started again last week. I walked for 40 mins on Mon-Fri. Then Saturday there was lots of walking in Newcastle for the footie (and around 145 steps in one go) I rested on Sunday.
Today I have walked for 40 mins. It's good to be back with you guys....is it time to start a new thread yet? I usually turn up when it's time to finish lol.

still managing minimum of 30 mins a day, mostly peddling.
Done some longer walks this week, and also 5 minutes on the rower yesterday - bit of a back twinge so I need to ease gently back into that routine.
Well people , a year ago I joined in with the 5x50 challenge and as many of you know it has changed my life .
For me daily exercise and reducing carbs has helped control my diabetes , know I am only one person and it's not for everyone , I just feel lucky that it works for me . 2 years on from Diabetes and I am fitter and healthier than most of my life . I feel lucky that I read info on DCUK.

45 Minutes on numb bum
60 minutes walking and climbing the 11 floors of office stairs today - nice to see it gets easier each time!
Still doing minimum of 30 mins a day. Today was long walk and 25 mins peddling.
Glad we are all keeping going . It's going to get easier when it warms up a bit.
Day 4 of the 5 x 50 challenge done . 40 something minutes between numb bum and cross trainer in garage ...freezing
23 peddling , 3 mins sit ups and some walking today between rain showers.

Walked along the shore for 35 ish minutes then played with dumb bells
30 mins on numb bum - getting faster as I'd done my six miles by 28 minutes!!! Can't go too fast as bike keels over as well as me. Think I'm going to ask for a better one for my 50th next March.
