I was at work and have sat on my bum since I got home .

lol, No photos of me - ever! Maybe one or two pics of where we walk some day when I get around to it.
 
I just take pics of the view or my shadow lol
 
Another wasted skive day. Walked round shops for hours

That's 3 perfectly legal skive days I've wasted now! Do you think I could use them to 'buy' skive days later when I need them? (like next week?)
 
No no no !!!!! Naughty girl i have got my eye on you . We must take this seriously !! Jamrox will be after you and we can't have that can we , only I'm allowed to skive as my exercise bike makes my bum ache !!
 
Skive day here as off to cinema in a bit and not sure the curry would appreciate being jiggled up on bike just yet.
 
I've bought a new light for me garage so no excuses come the 1st . I walked at work today but can't say it was strenuous .
Funny how I miss it when I don't do anything .

Low carb and moving restarts on Thursday .
 
Now here is a question.... Does any exercise count? I usually swim for an hour but at present I am painting a home. Does 30 minutes cleaning or painting count as exercise?

I would say so - it's all aerobic activity.
 
Ok in practice for The 1st jan I went for a 30 min walk at lunch time.... It was freezing... I am sure it was below freezing even thoug the thermometer said it wasn't.
 
Too cold out there for me. Hoping ive sourced a numb bum machine. Going to look on thursday. Guess I'd better get the christmas tree down so i have somewhere to put it.
 
I feel as though I should be doing 30 mins more exercise than I would normally do. Otherwise I could just cheat a bit and keep at the level I am at.

Oh heck, just blew my cover admitting that, and now I have set myself up to fail.
