I building up slowly on the exercise bike. Started off at only managing a couple of mins. The first night I had it I climbed into bed and felt like my bum was bruised!!! Now I'm managing 10 mins and the bum seems to be getting used to it. Just need to get my fitness level up to where I can manage more than 10 mins without feeling like I'm gonna die.........![]()
