Step up for Santa

Been away and not done much for the last few days - some catching up to do.
 
maybe day off today as went out in car and after toilet stop trapped my ankle and lower leg in door( we were parked on slope and door swung shut before I'd got leg over sill properly- so bit sore.
 
Picked up some leaves in the garden yesterday ...goodness I can feel the muscles in the back of my legs ...
Housework today ...and walk round garden centre ..

Tomorrow morning ...back to my long walk ...I admit to having a few days out of walking this week ...but getting back into it ...I think it is all to do with the clock changing .....:smug:....all getting back to normal now ...
 
Oh that sounds sore
 
Living in a heavy tree zone rear garden .
Spent few hours sweeping and clearing up
millions of crispy leaves .
Hubs has one of them leaves sucker up machine things!
But I did it all by - brush and shovel style .
Warmed me up nicely and got the old cardio system
pumping well too .
Lowered my BG levels too so had a little nibble el fresco :)

Great to be out sunny n mild weather on Nov 1st :wideyed:
Was very warm and felt quite like late sept actually .
 
Anna29 the leaves here would have been mush.its mild but wet. Drier today though.

Sitting here wondering what to do today for my 30 minutes mmmmm will report later.
 
45 minutes on numb bum machine in leaky garage (now bike gets covered in plastic after use so it doesn't get wet ... Then 8 minutes on cross trainer . Fasting BS was 5.4 this morning so that's good. Now Lunch
 
Washed kitchen floor so that took 20 minutes. Ten minutes walking and 21 peddling - my bum is also very numb. Going to have to get a pair of those padded knickers .
 
lol I ve got the padded pants but they re in the wash
 
10 minutes on the rower and 40 minutes walk today.
 
Right I'm really gettng serious from today. Been for a 15 min brisk walk at lunchtime. Tonight I'm getting the wii fit board out. I aim to lose 1 stone by Christmas. If I do then I'm allowed to buy myself a nice top or dress or something similar!!!! Maybe even get my nails or hair done! Or maybe even I'll fit into an old dress, but I'm thinking maybe next year before I get that far!
 
YAY - its Monday :D
My favourite exercise class tonight .
LOVE IT :joyful:
Meet up with the lovely folk in group, we exercise
then have a brew , quiz and catch up with eachother .
 
Well I have had my rest day 1 because I went to my boss's house for dinner .dont like having my rest day on Monday.
 
25 minutes on bike. Bum so numb. Also 15 minutes walking earlier.. Very brisk as heavens opened as I walked to cinema with no brolly.
 
Cleaned under teenage daughters bed and planted in garden
 
Walked up and down hill at work a couple of times ,about 15 minutes.
Just got home so will move about in the house up and down stairs etc.
 
Walked one mile to bus stop ...walked round city for a few hours yesterday ...
Today ..5 miles ....lots of mud and leaves on my walk ....
I to have lots of leaves to pick up ....I sometimes get out of it if I can :smug:
 
Brisk 20 minutes walk and a bit of hoovering today as out for talk in evening so had to travel this afternoon.
