Hi something funny going on this is an example of my sugars.

Before meal 5:9
1hr after 6:2
2hrs after 7:2

I thought after 2 hours we shud be baack to what we were at the begginning.im confused by this

That depends on what you ate I'm afraid. Fat slows down the digestion as well as low GI somewhat.

Depends what you eat, meds, carbs, activity etc. Those readings are actually not too bad. Also, bear in mind that your meter is up to 20% inaccurate. Your readings may have been before meal 7.0 ( 5.9+20% ).

i believe the peek is around 45 minutes if theres no fat as said, but you cant expect it to be back to normal, i hate to say it, your diabetic lol the trick is finding food that doesnt make it rise too much, we can expect it to be higher, just the lower the better, if it is in fact lower, then that meal was a goodun, that goes in the nice list, if its too high then it goes in the naughty list

spray cream is full of ft and sugar just like icecream so that may be it. Not sure about the crackers never had one in my life
