I am fed up trying to keep my sugar levells down don't know what to do anymore,just might do something silly now can anyone help me please

Hello. Perhaps you need to talk/write a bit. Get it off your chest and then people can see if they can empathise or sympathise and offer support or advice. Just writing down how you feel can be helpful in itself.

Thanks for the info I do feel very low,my sugars never seem to go down they seem to sit at 7 and when the review comes around no matter how I try it will not go down,on a daily basics it starts at maybe 8 and through the day it will drop 5-8 to 6-8 and so on so whyI don't understand is how my bloods still stay at 7 can someone kick my **** and tell what to do. Thank you loads

You need to cut out the rice and pasta as these are not good for your BG levels. How often do you eat them?

I don't know what to say, thought I have said it. All been at this for 10 years now and I feel that iam getting nowhere
I just feel like giving up on life wright now
