Radishes + Hard Boiled Eggs with a Dusting of SMOKED Paprika + Pickled Herring + Cauliflower.
 
Actually that was Pickled Herrings and Smoked Paprika ;) . But, yes any smoked fish would be great too!

Do you think it’d be good to post other Piccies of further Estragon-Eats ?

Thanks for the tag, now I'm hungry and I want fish, it looks absolutely delicious, @Estragon !
First off, smoked paprika is soo good! I especially love on my cheese crisps.

We do have pickled herring in the Netherlands but I think it's much bigger in Skandinavian countries and Germany. I particularly liked a German dish consisting of potatoes and cold pickled herring in cream. Not so much now, too much potato for me.

The famous Dutch herring is salted and fermented raw, and eaten like this, with or without onions:

Looks nice, very tasty apart from the fish (no fan here..sorry)
i did think it was artichokes at first look


and the raw fermented fish. @Antje77 ...heaven help us..:***:

just kidding ;)..just not for me, but for those who like it..thumbs up
