Hi all - am Type 2 and thinking of purchasing some superfoods for smoothies and breakfast - smoothie one contains Hemp, Maca, Lucuma, Cacao, Spirulina, Chlorella, Kelp and Barley Grass - breakfast one contains Hemp, Goji, Chia, Cacao and Mulberries. Anyone got any thoughts especially about blood sugar levels. Tks!
