There is no way to tell really if you don't use a glucose meter to test.Sweating early morning last 2 days have not eaten much us this a blood sugar dip hair wet face and fore head sweating take a long while hours to cool hasn't happened like thus before although I do get warm and sweat not like this
Perspiring can be quite normal, although very uncomfortable. I find scalp and face perspiration particularly irritating, but I have had it all my adult life. You have my sympathy.Sweating early morning last 2 days have not eaten much us this a blood sugar dip hair wet face and fore head sweating take a long while hours to cool hasn't happened like thus before although I do get warm and sweat not like this

Hi @gillin1
You mentioned in a previous post that you have had the difficulty and discomfort of sweating for a few years.
Has the sweating got any worse? Or could it be you are noticing it more due to being anxious about the medication?I was diagnosed last march with hba1c 99 but 4 and a half years prior to diagnosis i began sweating alot which is why I went to see doc who did no blood tests nothing he was rude about my weight so I was un jabbed any way so do I need to get the jab I was undiagnosed for around 4 uears otr so I'm on metformin and 2.5 ramipril

The heatwaves we have been having recently have been uncomfortable for me too. I get hot even in the depths of cold winters. Being overweight, postmenopausal female doesn’t help, either. If I thought it could be due to medication, which being on several for various conditions could be a factor, I would check with GP, or the more accessible and helpful pharmacist.
In the meantime, when the weather is too hot, I head for the local swimming pool, followed by a saunter round a supermarket. Their air conditioning is a blessing. Important , also, to keep hydrated to replace the water lost, and stay in the shade.
