does any one no of any good sweetners to have with a cup of tea and a good sugar substitute for cereal many thanks

Splenda.......0.5g carbohydrates per teaspoon. Can be used for all purposes. I use it sometimes and it tastes good.......

James has Splenda sweeteners in his tea, no sugar on his cornflakes just a few sprinkles of frosties and I use Splenda for cooking

I use fructose sugar for my cereal and Hermesetas for my tea which I find acceptable to my taste.
