I've recently bought two books on this subject, but only thumbed through them, got to the section about vitamins and minerals and bought the ones they recommended.

Are there any forum regulars who have been following the Syndrome X guidelines for some time now and if so, what results are you getting?

Ardbeg, not really sure what exactly you are talking about here? There are a number of things that refer to Syndrome X.

First one that many T2 diabetic's know about is Metabolic Syndrome sometimes referred to as Syndrome X.
That is when a person has a combination of disorders which when put together can significantly increase the risk of CVD and diabetes.

Then we have Cardiac Syndrome X which is basically angina.

Next there is Syndrome X which refers to a person who has only a single X chromosome, sometimes called Turners syndrome.

So, is it any of those or something completely different?
