After a year without any readings outside the non-diabetic range an a HbA1c 0f 32 I largely gave it up.You don't give BS/BG readings throughout the day, surely all of the fruit, orange juice, sweet potato, coconut (maybe not), cashews spikes it irrelevant of what supposed carbs
Yes doctors do say that. Mine told me that I would always be diabetic whatever results I got because if I regained the 7 stones that I lost my BG might go up again!!you've put it into remision then, well done !
I was told I could never be Not Diabetic, like an Alcoholic once one always one

Now there is an idea.
I believe that moderate carbs and exercise is a better alternative than LCHF. It certainly works for me, and may do for some others too.
