T2s: What was your fasting BG this morning, and what did you eat yesterday?

    Snack (11am): Black bean & avocado brownie {196 Cal / 21.5g Carbs}

    ……………………………...5 km on rowing machine [21 min 58 sec], new PB, by 5 sec
    Overjoyed to have beaten 22 min, I wouldn't have believed it possible a year ago.
    I could never beat 23 min in my 20s and 30s and that was over 20 years ago!
    It is amazing what effect a healthy diet can have.


    Lunch (12pm): Celeriac & apple soup {68 Cal / 10.0g Carbs}
    Chicken & fig salad {329 Cal / 11.1g Carbs}
    Nectarine, strawberries, yoghurt, pecans {129 Cal / 9.4g Carbs}

    T1 had for over 24 years my bm this morning was 26 find it hard to control plus recently lost my left leg due to vascular disease and diabetes didnt help im 33 finding it hard to manage.
