Good to see your recovery well under way.FBG 5.6 post op 14 days where has the time went.
I’ve healed fairly quickly which is good and I’m back doing my usual except heavy lifting just yet.

calories 1312 needs to be higher but I was full

walk 3 miles felt great after as I’ve missed my walks which is surprising for me as in the past I loathed exercise.

Friday 4.8 very surprised but I think it’s because I don’t eat anything after 8-9 pm these days as I just feel bloated and I wonder if that is because I’ve no gallbladder now.

went for a 5 mile walk not to late this time and I did some weeding as my garden is over run with the sods. I took my time just in case but no worries there

yesterday was gardening most of the afternoon sorting plants and dead heading a fair few it’s looking a lot better I have to say lol!!!
A 6 mile walk with some light jogging thrown in too.
post op day 18 I think it is and I feel great. I do feel bloated some what but I hope this settles down soon. I’m eating more well more calorie dense foods to stay fuller longer because I can’t eat like before so I’m wondering smaller meals but more often maybe but to stay under 100g carbs or lower.
I’m lower in weight as well so I need to upp the calories a bit or just go with the flow we shall see.
