I try to have 3 days off each week, Sat & Sun plus maybe Wed too. I enjoy exercise and have to make myself take rest days. I know that it is necessary, but given half a chance would go out most days.Must have been a rest day

Couple of samosas
Cauliflower and Broccoli rice
Salad
Nuts mixture and Dark chocolate
No Evening walk
