T2s: What was your fasting BG this morning, and what did you eat yesterday?

Must have been a rest day ;)
I try to have 3 days off each week, Sat & Sun plus maybe Wed too. I enjoy exercise and have to make myself take rest days. I know that it is necessary, but given half a chance would go out most days.

Not much cooking yesterday either. Porridge, cheese salad, fish fried in a pan then ice cream. Just good ingredients and a little TLC.
