T2s: What was your fasting BG this morning, and what did you eat yesterday?

5.9 7am. Food yesterday half slice wholemeal toast brekky. Beans on 2 wholemeal toast for lunch. Toad in whole and veg for tea. A 30 mile cycle in there as well.
