Hi there. I use a website, cronometer.com, and have a small balance to weigh everything. If you input the data it calculates all the macro and micro nutrients. You also input all your exercise so it can calculate the calories you are burning. I find the free version perfectly adequate, but there is also a gold membership which costs about a fiver a month.
