Tidying the freezer earlier in the week I found a few bits that I had forgotten about. Some leftover mushroom ragu with pasta on Monday. A bag of monkfish & cod offcuts made a Thai curry yesterday.
Today some leftover game stew had a mash topping added and a bag of frozen stewed apples from a glut last autumn had crumble topping added.
More to come, I hadn't realised how much I had tucked away on the leftovers shelf!

protein down yesterday and fibre up. I’m happy with that as I didn’t have many spikes in the old sugars it’s a fine line in raising the fibre but not shoving the sugars up too into the bargain. I’ve also found that my dark chocolate had fibre in it well done Asda :)
