Doing low carb fast 800. Yesterday I had:
Breakfast- black coffee
Lunch- this isn’t bacon, Morrisons plant revolution coleslaw and bfree high protein wrap
Dinner- quorn ham and vegan Philadelphia wrap with roasted broccoli and spinach.
Small handful of raspberries and Alpro cream
Total carbs 32g, total cals 770

Peach, raspberries, yoghurt, hazelnuts {131 Cal / 11.7g Carbs}
Dinner (6pm): Bubble round for dinner
Spaghetti with fennel, octopus & chilli / Pecorino (5oz) {526 Cal / 51.3g Carbs}

Bm 6 this morning
Yesterday I ate
Breakfast- black chai
Lunch- roasted tofu in protein wrap with kimchi, spinach, cucumber, pepper and sheeze garlic and herb spread
Dinner- lettuce roll ups with Vivera vegan kebab meat, primula, and a dash of hot sauce
I started going low and had a handful of nuts and a spinach cake and that stopped it.
Total carbs 38g total cals 1182 - more than I wanted but needed to stop the hypo.
Yesterday was my first day with out taking my evening gliclazide. I’ll continue to monitor with my dsn and review the morning glic if things keep improving.
