walk the dogs getting wet and soggy

breakfast low carb porridge not too be tried again as it was rank x2 coffees, 2 pints of water

lunch pot luck freezer leftovers which was steak Philly bake x2 coffees

Exercise circuit training 65 minutes

dinner Chicken salad all had to be used up with a keto chocolate mousse

I seem to be eating more protein of late not that it bothers me, I’ve decreased my carb load just to see if this will help with the numbers when I go for my next HBA1c which won’t be till August now by the looks of it and no phone call from docs which is weird as I thought she’d of been in contact.

I have my diabetes my way app and the realms are 42-58 which surprised me big time as I naturally assumed it would be below 42 on no meds and the above if on insulin but that’s even higher.

my other news is I’m joining a gym for 21 days to build muscle or is that get strong. so we shall see.

feel rubbish today and full of gas and very bloated and need to be near the loo (TMI!!) god knows what’s causing it as my diet hasn’t really changed at all. Not had a flare up of IBS in long enough too but wonder if it’s gallbladder related as I don’t have one. To much fat maybe answers on a postcard.

exercise a very slow to medium hall walk and that means what it says up and down my hall just to get the steps in and not be far from a toilet

dinner a small salad plus a protein yogurt, maltesers, water and ice

snack small chocolate chip cookie some cheese and dark chocolate

calories 1910 surprisingly but glad all the same

FBG 5.6 no meds woohoo love the lows in this way. Feel good today. Long May it continue. Looks like it was an IBS flare up after all and it was the fibre as in too much for me and my body strangely but can happen.
