Welcome back
I had a tough time balancing my supplements for chronic fatigue syndrome and managing my blood glucose. But doing ok this week, thanks!!!

6.3

Ham omelette
Avocado
Slice of Carbzone bread, butter

Cauli rice
Mediterranean mince with aubergines
Rebel kitchen coconut milk yoghurt, pecans

3 sausages (95% meat)
Jelly, double cream

An exciting 5 minutes on stationary bike - more would make me crash with chronic fatigue syndrome. Its annoying.

Different for everyone I realise, but a friend of mine with ME escaped a bad crash by forcing herself to walk as hard as she could for 10 minutes first thing in the morning and after last meal of the day. After a couple of days she began to feel gradually better and has never suffered a comparable crash since (this is about 5 years ago). She still gets some unexplained fatigue but nowhere near as bad as it used to be and feels better mentally too.
Like I say, I know that it is different for everyone but it may help, though it may be something you have tried before.

Thankyou, but this strategy hasn't worked for me
