Omg my husband hates it when he gets a bike puncture
Carry spare inner tubes, fix punctures at home.
I usually offer to pick him up if it happens and he always refuses. It's just not much fun if a dark and wet night. Sometimes if there's flooding end route he will jog through it carrying the beloved bike above the water !
Tube inside was slime puncture proof should last minimum two years. But did not last two months.
Luckily I had one inner tube which I changed at work. On my way back in dark punctured again due to blackberry brambles I think on the road.
Yes we're weirdly incompatible on this area, but been incompatible for 26 years now!Wow 32 miles a day.I should get inspiration from your husband.
8.5 both yesterday and today, which is unbelievably an improvement as things stand.I am trying 23hr fasting - actually works out more like 20 hr due to **** self discipline
