Yesterday (16/11).
0720: Mug of coffee with double cream and sweetener.
1230: Two slices buttered wholemeal toast, mug of tea.
1700: Some mixed nuts, mug of tea.
1855: Sea Bass fillets, two small steamed new potatoes, steamed sweetcorn & broccoli, lemon tart with double cream. some dark liqueur chocolates.
2100: 3 brandies, some mixed nuts, packet of crisps.

Fbg today 7.0. I think it was more due to DP than the dark liqueur chocolates and crisps, says he optimistically. :bag:
 
It’s about the same as my leisure route a couple of times a week. But I’m retired. He has my sympathy. Punctures to or from work are horrible.
 
I usually offer to pick him up if it happens and he always refuses. It's just not much fun if a dark and wet night. Sometimes if there's flooding end route he will jog through it carrying the beloved bike above the water !

20:30 ACV drink with magnesium supplement before bed

7:00 hours sleep not very good sleep

Fitbit 11400 steps end of day. Another day without much exercise.

Carry spare inner tubes, fix punctures at home.

Tube inside was slime puncture proof should last minimum two years. But did not last two months.
Luckily I had one inner tube which I changed at work. On my way back in dark punctured again due to blackberry brambles I think on the road.

They’re a pain. Round here (most of my rides are in South Suffolk) tiny flints get washed out of the fields in rainy weather.
