Lunch: haddock,mozzarella and spring onion fishcakes with salad leaves, Eccles cake
Dinner: home made chicken soup, smoked salmon, salad, brie, camembert, cheddar, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, orange, clotted cream, double cream, full fat Greek yoghurt.
I blame the Eccles cake. One of my occasional departures from a low carb lifestyle.

Dinner: Left overs - Meaty melanzanie [Lasagne made using aubergine slices instead of pasta] {336 Cal / 11.9g Carbs}
Dessert: 90% choc (20g) {121 Cal / 3.5g Carbs}

Hi Lilli@midnightrider hi there interesting reading your daily food intake...do u notice a difference if u dont get the walk in after meals? im t2 om metformin n trying to get into the habit of doing just that....i had a bad night last night n tht my bs must be high but checked this am n 6.3 which isnt too bad...but i didnt get a proper walk in yday just round the block once....
