Tandem T-slim 'Control IQ Time On' Low %

Hello!

I'm very disgruntled with the lack of info online about the Control IQ Time On percentage.

I've seen it should be >90% but mine is riding around 40%. Does anyone know why this would happen? I had a specialist ask me why it was so low and I responded with: 'how am I supposed to know that? I didn't write the algorithm or build the device'.

I do have long periods where it loses connection to my CGM (another problem), but not 60% of the time!

I'm referring to Options > History > Pump History > Delivery Summary > [time range] > down, down > Control l-IQ

Any help appreciated.
 
Ouch, never looked at this, mine's running at 25%..... Mine loses connection but not 75% of the time. I wonder if that is an error. I don't believe that figure, I suspect it doesn't refer to how much time control-IQ is on but something else?

Just checking on glooko (my results get uploaded to this for my clinic to check)
It says 92%, which sounds right to me

Just a wild theory, but I wonder of the control-IQ % on the delivery summary history is the % of insulin delivered by control-IQ .
