Starting to read some positives about this. Only ever eat berries for fruit intake now and the very occasional apple. Am pre-Diabetic working hard to stay the right side of the line.
Have bought Tart Cherry Juice with idea of drinking 100ml after each meal. Any thoughts on this appreciated
