It can't be just me that suffers from tendinitis/tendinopathy in hands and arms after 37 years of T1? I'm at the stage where it is disabling me. The consultant at the hospital said contact GP. GP referred to hospital and a have a TELEPHONE appointment with the hospital this week for 2 sore painful fingers that I can't bend. The tendons on my arms are stiff and painful, some days more than others. It's not new, I've had for few years and I have been treated with gabapentin and amitriptyline as was thought to be fibromyalgia but as time goes on I'm sure it's tendinopathy.

I'm just wondering if anyone is managing their aches better at the moment and what with?

Spicy food which is too hot. Nasty people who have no idea on your life journey but feel the need to comment and be cruel.
Yes I do, but go to my Chiropractor every 2/4 weeks. It certainly helps. My middle left finger drives me mad. Get numbness and pins and needles. Most all coming from Left and right shoulder. Flares up and settles down eventually.

Hypos, rude people, ignorance and grey days.
I've had tendonitis in both shoulders and a thumb all at separate times, which was all treated with a steroid injection and am ok now with no pain, I believe it goes hand in hand with t1d - I now exercise quite a lot including weights and haven't had any incidences since so believe exercise can help.
