The Art of Eating Well

I chanced upon a book by Hemsley and Hemsley entitled The Art of Eating Well whilst watching Saturday Morning Kitchen. The sisters made two dished, one using courgettes as noodles and the other using cauli, buckwheat and some other stuff too make a pizza. It reminded me of some of the substitutes I have seen here.

Their book, The Art of Eating Well, has a look inside feature on Amazon and the recipes look to me as if they will be of interest to many people on this forum.

I'm going to love any book with that title.

Just had a look at it on Amazon, and it has some delicious looking recipes. A bit too high carb for me, but I'm used to adapting things, so that wouldn't be a problem.
