My avatar is one my daughter took of me.
30 ft down, doing something I wouldn't have done if I wasn't diabetic.
I realised i was overweight, very out of condition, and going nowhere.
So, I turned it around, as all of us on here have done, or are in the process of doing.
A big congratulations to all of us, as we all care enough to be here!

Maybe the cartwheeling Morph. I have info on a gym especially for disabled people that I will be checking out, so maybe by next week I will be cartwheeling.
