It's certainly worth a try - I have some upstairs. Thanks, SJ!
On the fibromyalgia front, how did you find out that you had it and what are your symptoms? I've looked it up, but I can't make up my mind whether I'm being a hypochondriac or not. Over the past few months I've been wondering whether the myriad hurties I've been putting down to arthritis and the ageing process might be down to something more...
Thanks, again, for your suggestion about the Olbas oil!
I'd heard a program on radio Lancashire where they were discussing it and thought "that's me".....
Went to the doc telling him I thought I had it. He listened and gave me exam, sent me for blood tests to rule out other things, sent to rheumatology, had more exam....pronounced yes, fibromyalgia , (pressure point test is the only physical confirming test ) have amitriptyline to relax muscles help me sleep at night by relaxing muscles. I woke every hour for years.....

Thanks debs, hope your temperature is on its way down?
It's hovering around 38.8 again now. I called the GP last night because I felt so rough and from my symptoms (which are fairly gross, so I won't elaborate here) he's decided I have a chest infection now too.
Deep, abject misery. Looks like another 3 months of antibiotics and coughing coming up then.
:(

Oh, dear.....
Temperature is another fibromyalgia thing. Body often finds it difficult to control....my card is on and off like a yo-yo...my hands are cold, my body is sweating and the bit if my chest, where I've unzipped to cool me a little is freezing...just back from walking Nina

Hmmm, I always have major trouble controlling my temperature. And if I stub my toes it's excruciating, even if it wasn't very hard, and the gentlest touch on my legs below the knee, or my shoulders, is agony. Do you get that too? And embarrassingly if I hurt myself I usually burst into tears nowadays - I am such a wuss!

A gentle loving squeeze on my arm can make me shout out or bring me to tears and sometimes just the touch of my clothes hurts...

Received some messages today about someone close who recently passed away and did I know about it, then someone else ( another family member) asking me to say I didn't know anything about it and I am stuck in the middle, but don't want to tell a big fat lie and it is putting me under stress and it's upsetting too, arrgggghhhhhhhhhhh :arghh: l

Honesty is the best policy, and never lie at someone else's request!

I can't lie, it would send my anxiety through the roof.

You should go with what you WANT to do Rrb. Never mind what anyone else wants. If it is making you stressed don't do it!
