I am currently desperate to gain weight, at least 2-3 stone is the target. I know that i am underweight due to bad sugar level control and generally not eating enough. So I have now set out a diet plan and am constantly blood testing to keep them stable. What i'm curious about, is, if you keep your sugar levels at a good rate would you still gain the weight from the calories in chocolate bars. Might be a silly question but would be interested to see what other people say. I am of course aware that sweets and chocolate should be a treat, and not eaten regularly, but sometimes my sweet tooth is too overpowering.
