But the World Cup starts tomorrow!!!!!!

I'm so excited I'm sure I'm going to explode!!

I also think that England won't get out of their group, come on people give me some predictions!!!!
 
Brazil, Brazil, Brazil! I also can't see England getting out of the group, unless they beat Italy, and we have a poor record against them!
Looking forward to it regardless, can't wait to watch the Dutch game tomorrow night.
 
Rotten luck to be in the same group as Italy! Think well be going home early! I think Brazil too!
 
What's the hype like down under?
We are inundated with absolute ********, even going as far as that England are gonna win.
 
I'm not sure Brazil will win it, I think there's far too much pressure on them, I'm going for Argentina.

Unfortunately I can't see England winning a game, I think we'll lose to Italy and Uruguay and draw with Costa Rica

Its a pity that South Africa are not fielding a team, as we normally beat Australia in most games (Cricket, Rugby etc.)
Truth is our soccer is so bad at the moment we could not beat anyone to get in.
Guess it will have to be Holland for tops
 
I reckon we will get out of our group and that's it! He's been playing **** team's lately! There heart's will Hopefully be in it so should do a lot better! Never know! If not I want Argentina to win..........that's who I've got in the sweep stake at work ahahahah
 
Drew out Ecuador in the DCUK office sweepstake... bit gutted but I'll cheer them on for as long as they remain in the competition

Ouch! I got Germany in the sweep at the pub, won't win though and I refuse to cheer them on!

My daughter's tutor group had a sweep stake and she drew out............Japan !!

I'm going for the best looking team to win, possibly of the Nordic variety I would like something to look forward too lol
 
I fancy Japan to get quite far. Fun team to watch.

Is the World Cup something to do with football?

I ask because the guy 5 doors down has hung a St George's Cross flag out of his bedroom window, and last time he did that, it was a football thing.

If so, I don't want to worry you, but the flag disappeared after about a week, so I don't think England did very well.
 
I drew Brazil in the sweepstake at work. So that's the kiss of death for them lol.
