You say you like to eat, so you are in luck!. There's loads of delicious food in the "eat all you want " section here: Eat as much cheese as you like.

I wouldn't worry about exercise for a few weeks (but please walk the dog!). You are tired, and the main thing that will make a difference is changing the food you eat. So make life as easy as possible while you are doing that. Most of the symptoms you mention will improve with the change in food, even the memory loss and lack of willpower around food.
You must drink 8 glasses of water a day to start with. If you lose a lot of weight suddenly, and are getting headaches etc, you may need (temporarily) to add a little salt on your food to replace what you losing.
If you are not used to preparing vegetables (the main carbs allowed), leave them out for a few days, and concentrate on eating some meat cheese eggs etc with some butter at every meal and for snacks. Or buy ready made salad bags.
