Today’s carbs.

Few biscoffs with a cup of tea this morning and half a nature valley bar 27g.

Lunch is a sausage roll (53g) and a packet of XL cheese crisps (17g). Stir fry this evening to get some vegetables in.
 
AAAARGH........chippy by the garage is shut for refurbishment.....meal deal it is then.....
Beef and horseradish sarnies, hula hoop crisps and Muller Frijj milkshake - 120g
Tonight is 100% going to be chippy now

Car MOT today, apologies @porl69 didn’t book it with you..
A bus trip into town was the order of the day.
A full English at our most favourite eatery has made it a perfect Friday.
A latte later and an apple recently is it so far for today.
May go for soup later.

I had my shake 15g this morning and couple of chocolates and sweets from pick and mix selection. 43g and 4 spring rolls and salad 25g.
 
Usual ryvita an cheese for brekkie .
Roast pork salad sandwich for lunch.
Chicken chow mien for tea
 
A large full English this morning. Bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes and toast.
Had a very , weather dictating, lazy day.
Sitting here currently feeling like I could eat a horse between 2 haystacks.
Will try and hold out a bit longer then hit some carbs big time.
 
Good afternoon all, I'm going carbs free from Monday for 5 week's I hope I will lose some weight next few weeks now I'm 18 stones.
 
Using a storm bound day at home to experiment... overnight and morning basal test done and all good.

Now checking what I suspect to be the new evening carbs ratio of a lazy day on 70gs worth including toast, a couple of GF ginger biscuits, and a couple of scoops of ice cream.
 
I've just eaten a bag of sour watermelon sweeties I was hypo but may have accidentally finished the bag.
Breakfast was bran flakes with some sultanas added and soya milk, lunch was some marinated butter beans, a cinnamon swirl pastry and 2 digestives, tea is fish and chips from the freezer with some peas and ketchup. I've got out of the habit of eating fruit and veg and I can't seem to get back in the habit

Good luck.....BUT i think you are missing the point of this thread...

No breakfast today as was basal testing again! Tea was 2 x fishcakes, chips and 3 self bake small crusty rolls....around about 140g
The misses just baked some cookies, so demolished 3 of those....50g carbs??
