Breakfast - blueberry yogurt drink
Lunch - 5 small crackers with cheese, crisps, orange and a rice cake
Dinner - home made chicken stir fry and a strawberry yogurt
Today I had pho with soup and Vietnamese spring rolls for breakfast. I know it’s not a breakfasty meal. I estimated it to be around 65-70g.
I had a cheeky can of coke 35g
I also had a whole and entire bag of fruitella vegan sour snakes. These were very good, I loved every flavour, 110-115g (a big oops, but it was eaten over 2-3hours)
I also had mum’s soup, 4g
And now she has baked me nian gao (year cake) but I’m waiting for it to cool down. I’ll have it tomorrow
Yesterday.....a carvery with my sisters. Roast spuds and lots of veg & beef, yummy! Had my (new) libre on and it was fascinating to see how my levels went up and then down.
Usual ryvita and cheese for breakfast.
Ham salad sandwich and a yoghurt for lunch.
Salt and pepper chicken for tea and ive just had a shortbread biscuit and magnum ice cream just because i felt like it.....will i be sorry? Who knows...i dont care

Customers keep on bringing in biscuits - no objections from me. Just had a packet of Jaffa cakes brought in and instantly thought of Nikki, so I raised a jaffa to Nikki......well ate half the bleeding packet

Been away overnight at a family funeral so strange eating patterns and cheering up food. Requiring shed loads of insulin.

Just back from our fortnightly meal with family.
Cod and pancetta fish cakes, sautéed potatoes, minted mushy peas and dressing. Very tasty, bolused 16 units will see if it was a good guesstimate as the evening progresses. @becca59 . Heartfelt sympathy for the loss of a family member.
