I'm really sticking to a Low Carb Low Fat and very low Salt eating regime.Done a week now and keeping my diary.I'm usually between 7.0 and 8.5 on waking, but then, after meals go up to 12.6 or 13.00 .I'm averaging between 8.6 and9.9 some days but the lowest I've managed was 7.9.Do you know if my BP is high,which it is at the moment and my Angina is bothering me,can that make any difference to my Numbers?someone at the Clinic yesterday,when I went for an ECG, and was Type 2 said she thought it did.I'm so glad you suggested that I get a meter and started testing but I've tried changing my food choices and have been very careful reading labels etc,but I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do. :?:
				
			 
	 
 
		
 r a soya yogurt and Banana.I only have 2 bananas a week at most.Lunch:Tuna open Sandwich,or a bowl of homemade vegetable soup,or baked beans on a slice of Rye toast.Mid afternoon I have a piece of fruit usually apple or pear with a piee of cheese.Dinner.grilled fish or chicken or lamb steak with eg: Spinach ,cabbage,courgettes,squash etc usually 2 veg Then finish with Stewed fruit or Soya fruit yoghurt.I'm supposed to have food with my Meds which I have to take last thing at night.I find it hard to choose what to have so its usually a digestive  biscuit or some yohhurt,I have something because I've 8 to 10 tabs to take and my stomach sounds like the Halle Orchestra !Thats it really,I have my meals on a smaller plate than everyone else and have about a cupful of each veg.I've also learnt from reading posts that I don't have to Empty my plate!!it's only taken me 60 years to learn that
