Well done - lots of hard work to get there I presuppose?
I'm in the same boat: I've set a target of 6.5% (47.5) by the end of 2015... last one was 7.8% (62), so I've a fair few hurdles to jump
P.s. I love the graph... think I may just have to run my own and frame it on the wall!
Ye I understand that I'm so sick of my bloods being high. I'm testing my bloods every 2 hours and using correction doses as I want to get !y insulin right so I'm doing this and seeing my diabetic team to see what adjustments I need to do. I am hypoing 2 to 4 times a day ATM due to working in an intense position I am a manager at a retail store. I get stressed easy and my bloods go up or down ATM I no that the blood results can have fake readings due to this so I am going to let the experts help me with my adjustments but I'll get thereThat's fantastic that you're getting it all under control... just a few words of caution: don't rush it.
Depending upon how long you've been running high, bringing your levels back down too quickly can cause the acceleration of complications (especially retinopathy) - its what happened to me, and various ophthalmologists and diabetologists have confirmed this to me since.
Talk with the specialists and agree an appropriate set of objectives for the year as that will help you stay focused ... as well as happy when you're achieving / exceeding them (or not too downtrodden when things don't quite go to plan).
Good luck with your efforts - and keep posting ☺
