Type 1s: What Is/was Your Blood Sugar This Evening And This Morning ?

Bed at 5.7, got up at 5.7. Got this Smartguard thing properly calibrated and titrated! :boom:

5.8 going to bed, 6.1 waking. Yep, I only needed to double my levemir (last week it was 5 & 4 for flat line, now it's 12 & 10). Thanks hormones.

4.1 before bed 11:40pm
8.4 at 3:20 am ( 2u correction )
4.1 at 7:30am :)

My sugars are always high. 3.4 before bed. Quarter of a digestive biscuit wake up at 5.40am and it 21.3. Correction dose but sugars still 14 or above. Taken a bit more then dropped below 4 again. I do eat a lot of carbs thats only he because I'm trying to put weight on. I take 18 units of lantus. I do try and rotate my injection sites but wondering if they in the wrong place. I inject in stomach bum thigh arm. Not a fan of the stomach as weight is like a twig

4.3 before bed and 5.2 on waking. Heatwave on it's way here, won't see those numbers again until it's passed.

7.7 before bed, 12.8 this morning :meh: 8.4 now

(Edit: so I must have underestimated the effect of a 4 egg, bacon, onion, chorizo and cheese omelette with a small portion of chips, Interesting how long it's effect is)

@David Wass wonder if you went high as a rebound to being low before bed? then crashed again after correction as your liver grabbed back some glucose?

I do have an overactive thyroid too i am on carbimozle and antihistamine for thecside effects. I am wondering if this is playing on my sugar levels.

Is there anything wrong with 6.1? It's a perfectly normal blood sugar.
