5.9 last night, 7.8 this morning. Though did have some cheese and crackers (way before the 5.9) so the fat may have delayed the BS rise of the crackers.... Dunno, very new to this game
8.8 bedtime (over correcting a low, with cherries) + 1 unit correction. Reduced usual basal by 2u because I had exercised yesterday & I would like to exercise today. 4.3 waking.
5.8 before Tea last night (J.Potato and Chilli), 4.4 before bed 3 hrs after tea, was expecting a rise over night, 4.1 this morning - now how did that happen?!
Went to bed with a 4.6 and down arrow, followed by a scottish fudge bar containing 38.6g of Carbs, plus 1.5u of rapid. Woke up at 7.8, which will definitely do!
