Amazing. Back on usual dose of antidepressants for a week (had been advised to ease back for 4 weeks as a trial) and BSLS have improved! Not sure how this works as I was told it takes 3 weeks plus for changes to dosage to work, depression-wise. Just thankful that I can ease back my basal and bolus doses !!
But too early to suggest adding anti-depressants to the water supply !!
Saying of the day: Sometimes less is more but also more may make BSLs less !!

Happy Sunday to you all. It's a little cloudy here and just had my first cuppa. Yesterday was good until 5.30pm, when I felt very nauseas and was dry heaving over the toilet and then sick, felt better as the evening wore on and had some tomato soup later on which managed to stay down.
Went to bed on 7.0 and awoke on 4.8, washing is on and I managed to change my bed sheets yesterday, but had to leave the duvet for another time
Wishing you all a good day :) X

Husband into punk! I suppose I ended up there by default. Ironically I enjoy and appreciate more now than then. He was also into the Jam and Elvis Costello, went to see Elvis at the Lincoln Drill Hall. Turned my nose up, but wouldn’t now. My big love of the time was Status Quo, still is, been numerous times. In fact them and Def Leopard and Bon Jovi can get me up dancing anytime. Bit of a rocker!!

I was never a punk fan, but some bands who sold out to be more mainstream, Blondie comes to mind and I love some of their music, also The Clash, Rock the Casbah. I love most type's of music, except folk music, even Dolly Parton's, Jolene is a belter of a tune, as it was about her husband and another women who was after him. But my true love is Motown, ever since I was a young girl also I missed out on going to see Motown live at my theatre on July 6th, because I was in hospital, I was gutted. Also whilst watching Jools Holland I a while back I sat up whilst listening to JP and she was singing Lost on you,( about a lost love) wow, I am a fan now.
I could talk about my love for music for ever :joyful:

Morning y'all, I woke hypo but I'm ok, treated it and then had my bolus +.5u then have waited till I dropped back to 5 before eating my 'new' porridge which is jumbo oats at 56g carbs per 100g :p Sunday science of porridge.

@Robinredbreast sorry but am chuckling at the duvet change :) are you like me who ends up stood inside it fighting with it or one of those who can put the new duvet cover on with just a flick? :) Good music Motown too :)

I had my little uns night bumped to tonight so I'm going to start emptying mums house this morning (I'll dig all my early 80s Blondie posters out :p), the rabbits running round whilst his run dries and I've him to catch yet, which is always fun....

Too much effort at the moment I'm afraid, but normally I am good duvet changer, but it was nice to have clean sheets last night. Not had breakfast yet, I will probably have a yogurt as teen did shopping yesterday afternoon.
Good luck with Bunny catching, you better hop to it ;)
