My son is there in the stadium he’s been in Russia for the last 5 days he returns to China day after tomorrow

@Cumberland . Currently residing in a lovely village just outside Leicester. Hoping to move soon to be closer to grandkids. We'll be in the next town as it were. A place called Coalville, still waiting for solicitor to get us a completion date.
I'll watch the game in drips and drabs between doing other bits and bobs.
Hopefully they should cruise it:).

I assume you live up north. Some beautiful scenery up there.
 
Nice weekend so far both diabetes and otherwise. Family birthday/BBQ yesterday afternoon including a slice of cake and managed to stay just out of double fingers according to fingerpricks so far. No football in my gaff when it clashes with the F1 which I've got on for the afternoon. :D

All the Libre/CGM data in here is making me slightly envious.

Good afternoon, back from work and just did my online report. My daughter is at her friends BBQ as it is friends 17th birthday today. So home alone just me and Pebbles cat :cat: tbh I can't be bothered to make a dinner so will just have some crackers and some bits and bobs. Just 5 days to go to my daughters wedding :)

Wow a wedding this week. Is this a first for you or has there been other offspring to fledge the nest?
I bet you'll be having a totally mad week, excitement and all.
Can't beat a light snack some days. Crackers, butter and cheese would be my go to.:)

Ooh how exciting and looks like the weather is going to hold.
 
Not a bad day for me bloods wise so far, took my young un swimming just after my breakfast bolus peak but a banana kept me in limits, as I'm cycling at the moment I'm snacking more and the last snack's left me at 10, but the ride home from my friends will lower me.

110g carb tea, in a supermarket best lamb shepherds pie (700g for 2 :p) veg & some homemade potato salad @ 5u Humalog.

11 miles cycled in the sun so far :)

Sincerely hope you've had a hat on big fella. My head is feeling a bit tender at the moment. I always forget to protect my poor head until it's too late.:)
Bet you'll be happy to get the Saxo back on the road.

Son was married and my daughter who is getting married on Friday, it will be her second, so in the Registry office with a new baby as well <3 :)
