Good morning Diabetnam!

Got an eye scan, so up early walking the dog. & playing musical cars so my wife can get her motor out the garage & drive me home..

Later, I should mostly be making noise in a converted Somerset barn..
Hope all goes well jaylee

Good morning and Happy March 1st. Off out to catch the train to Winchester soon, to go on a first aid course regarding a job with children with Hampshire County Council. So a new start with new opportunities. ( I did go back to my old job the one I had last summer, food sampler/promoter, so I am hoping to combine them both)
Wishing all you stabbers and pumper's a great Friday :D :)
ps Awoke on a 4.1

Hi and a very good morning to all the Saturday gang. , I had a good day yesterday, lots to learn, CPR, Recovery position, Shock, Choking, using a defribrillator, with exercises too and the trainer was really nice and friendly. So awaiting other things and hopefully I will officially get a position in my area :)
Good luck today @karen8967, I will be thinking of you :)
I have a food sampling job today, Corn Pops, not potato crisps but corn that is popped and GF too:)

Is it me or has everybody got up unusually early for a Saturday? From the number of comments, feels like I've woken up at lunchtime!

Hope the interview goes well @karen8967

@Mel dCP who did you see last night?

@Jaylee, whereabouts in Somerset are you playing?

@karen8967 I was IN bed. That has to count.
@kitedoc I have professional grade titanium earplugs for gigs! Bone conduction rocks ;)

Very restless night with hypo alarms going off (confirmed) constantly. Grrrr. Exactly the same settings as the perfect night before. Must be the colour of my pyjamas. Might go for a wander around Oxford later.

@hh1 I tend to be up at around the same time every day during term time - between 5.30 a.m. and 6.00 a.m., Saturdays included. If I go too much out of routine with lie-ins I start having trouble with both sleeping and Madam DP. Which is unhelpful. Madam DP can get kicked into touch more easily if I deal with her before 6.00 a.m. Out of term time, I do sometimes go back to bed after the insulin if I'm tired enough, otherwise, I just get up and get on with the day.

I also have more time to read and comment on weekend mornings!

thanks jaylee:)

Well?? I didn't get there... Wife's car broke down on route.. Wound up in a layby phoning the hospital whilst my wife phoned breakdown assistance..

Ohhhh, felt like fuel starvation, then an auto box issue? Trying to pull away stuck in top gear... I'm pretty hands on with my van, the recovery guy plugged in a computor on this 5 year old Nissan and diagnosed a timing issue.
Please explain in terms of a motor pre 1995??? I can get my head round that jive...

This car has 20,700 on the clock. & serviced to manufacturers spec. I keep hearing the same thing "because it's not used that much, these problems can occur with the system."

Basically, the more you use it the less it's likely to loose it.
Got it running & was escorted back to the garage & dumped into the hands of the techies there.
Thanks guys. Don't hurry sorting it. We got a 15 year old Mazda at our disposal. :banghead:
