Thanks @Knikki, The hardest part is to stop doing the same unhelpful things over and over.
As you would know, there were very few instruments to use on the diabetes flying panel 20 + years ago, much of it was like I would imagine night flying in an aeroplane with a dodgy altometer (read urine testing meter).
How the instrument panel has changed.!!
Cannot go back and change the past, so up and onward. After a few crashes one realises that prevention is better than repair !!
