Type 2 Life

I'm feeling my fully capable lung capacity chick again! Thanks to the right measure of Bisoprolol! Hurray!

Nope.
I will pick my cardiologists brains. Ha ha
Only started with palpatations when I started lchf first attempt. Although same time as I started insulin.
I quizzed dn about insulin side affects. None known. Theories, nothing more. Insulin safer than tablets!

I might call ward to see if she's gone home?

Honey, Sorry to hear of your woes. . God news about the bgs, but I do feel I should be writing in your behalf to some one important to ask for you to have a wee rest from these problems. You work so hard at getting things right. Not fair. Gentle hugs to you. xx

Providence - Have you done all the usual stuff, like changing the battery in your meter, before declaring it dead?

I can identify with this... When I had pneumonia I'd had an X-ray the week before and nothing had shown up on there, either. Makes you wonder why we bother subjecting ourselves to all these carcinogenic tests if they don't work...
Golly, I feel bad now, I'd forgotten you were afflicted with pneumonia. How are you honey? I hope on the way or fully recovered.

No, I'm fine now, thanks honey. I'm supposed to be going for my 6-week post viral x-ray tomorrow to see if it's all gone, but as an x-ray didn't show it up in the first place, I'm not sure I can be bothered!!

Hmm, I laughed, but now don't think that's appropriate. I want you to be sure you're totally well

@debrasue discharges notes saying they want gp to arrange a ultrasound of my tummy to rule out infection in stomach area.
@1954jessy you might be right after all.
I hope nothing coming to bite me in bum after burst appendix 32yrs ago?
I never thought chest pain could transpire from tummy problem but you said so all along @1954jessy .

Awww, thank you, William! xxx

Thanks, Vicky - you know it! xxx
As far as plans are concerned, I'm out to lunch with a girlfriend today and the family are coming over tonight. The TTs have sung the birthday song to me on the phone this morning, bless them. Well, at least I think it was the birthday song... what a cacophony!!!
All TT No 3 wanted to know was "Are you having cake?" I'm sure she has no ulterior motive....

All I could think of yesterday was my boys. I could have kissed the cardiologist. They are convinced cvd isnt too much to worry about calcium 19 is realitely low. echo results were good. Aspirin to help with possible related pain to cvd. They are looking elsewhere for culprit. I took it as good news.
Boys mother's day cards were hillarious but brilliant. Handmade and genuine. They are turning into brilliant sons! Together they will conquer anything. I can relax.

Good morning, my friends, from me, Johnny, on PC No 4, a public computer, at Tate South Lambeth Library, Vauxhall in South West London,

I relapsed from my 5:21 post meridian smoking quit yesterday evening when I got a strong desire to smoke a roll-up and my friend Gary gave me a skinny roll up. I also had bad nicotine withdrawal symptoms this morning and smoked 2 roll-ups made from recycled tobacco - how minging! I've now reset my quitdate to today and have gone for just over 1 hour without smoking a roll up. Due to monetary restrictions imposed upon my Asperger Syndrome care plan relating to my ongoing susceptibility to being financially abused by members of my social network, and my tobacco misuse addiction, I have reset my quit date on www.quitnet.com to today. I have also applied a 25 mg 16 hour InvisiPatch and am using the Nicorette QuickMist 1 mg mouth sprays. With regards to my type 2 diabetes mellitus I applied my medication including my Lixisenatide glucagon-like peptide 20 mcg subcutaneous injection and ate a few dry honey-nut cornflakes and had a cup of coffee with 3 spoons of sugar, a massive retrograde step, but I'm going to try to be content with the Sainsbury's sucralose granulated sweetener in hot beverages in the future. I haven't checked my blood glucose level today yet but I'm sure it's okay regardless of the poorly thought through sweet coffee.

Have a lovely day my friends and big hugs to you all with much love.

From,

|Johnny Baker (@autisticwonder1970), sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and Personality Disorder NOS x X x.

@autisticwonder1970 see if Gary want's to join your campaign to stop smoking. Together you can encourage each other along. Failing that ask Gary to smoke outside so you can resist the urge to do the socialised smoking with him.

A very well done Johnny thou. You are indeed now on the right path!

Having woken up at silly o'clock (4.30am) - my BG has been slowly creeping ever higher all day - even though I have only eaten foods that I know have been ok before - not impressed!

Me too today @Ultramum . I'm not happy about it.
