Well done on the no smoking, Johnny - that's amazing!Good Morning, my friends,
I woke up at around quarter to three and watched Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel and demolished a bangers and mash ready meal and had 5 cups of decaff coffee with coffee mate light and 3 sugars each and my blood glucose level was a staggering 11.5. I'm 41 days quit from smoking at quarter to one this afternoon today.
Johnny have you been worrying about your planned Dr injection? Have you seen your 3 sugars as a soother?Good Afternoon, my dear, good friends,
Out of my remaining £13.75 pence left over through not buying tobacco out of my £70.00 from my Carer and Corporate Appointee I bought a full english breakfast this morning which comprised 4 rashers of chargrilled bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 fried egg, 1 slice of black pudding, 2 pork sausages, 1 portion of baked beans, 1 slice of fried tomato, 2 halved slices of white toast with butter and 1 cafe latte with 2 sugars. It cost me a blue five pound note and I handed it to the waitress in the cafe with the black halfmoon spectacles, youthsome appearance and black ponytail. I've still got a blue five pound note, 3 gold one pound coins and 3 pieces of silver, a fifty pence piece, a twenty pence piece and a five pence piece.
I've just eaten another bangers and mash ready meal which was lukewarm and throughout this morning since returning home from my Dr Ahmed given injection have ingested 2-3 cups of decaff coffee with coffee mate light and 3 sugars. My blood sugar at 12:37 PM was 7.1, a sure indication that my social and neurodevelopmental health isn't up too much and would suggest I'm self-neglecting.
Whisky? Brandy? 6 sugars? Hey - whatever floats your boat, @walnut_face!isn't telling @debrasue what I put in my coffee
Mmmmmm, that breakfast sounds goooooooooood!Good Afternoon, my dear, good friends,

Unfortunately Ron's been awake since 3 with pains in his shoulders . These days that's all his body does . So with pain comes high bg readings . One thing I have found is that if Ron eats a roast his bgs are low unlike other foods he eats .Good morning everyone. Trusting that today will see the start of much better health for all. Yes, I was a bit worried about my injection; it was to manage my mood swings in my challenging and concerning moderate to severe autism spectrum disorder. I've had a good Bible Study and bought some highlighting pens and a ruler like my Bible Study teacher advised me to buy to underline, or highlight, verses of scripture in their bible study guides that they give me. I also bought some Canderel and I've still got 3 gold one pound coins and one brown penny. I'm going to use the Canderel to try and get better blood glucose readings as well as not eating too many carbs. I do get very anxious and that's when I crave sugar, which I know is the worst thing a diabetic can do. Aspies have strange ways of coping with worry or stress, not all of them do, some might deal with it well, but not with my higher end of the autism spectrum. I also have emotionally unstable personality disorder and simple schizophrenia, that doesn't make me violent, devious, manipulative and horrible it's just I can get very emotional like bursting into tears at the drop of a hat and in the past but not now self harming. This comes from my late twenties and thirties and early forties when I was being traumatised and bullied in my previous flat. I'm having eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing treatment and cognitive behaviour therapy treatment to deal with the trauma of this emotional and sometimes physical abuse plus losing my mum and sister in the early noughties.Johnny have you been worrying about your planned Dr injection? Have you seen your 3 sugars as a soother?
Try and replace it with artificial sweetner, or are you out?

Tell Ron we'll be over one by one to cook him roasts. Ha ha. He wouldn't know what hit him.Unfortunately Ron's been awake since 3 with pains in his shoulders . These days that's all his body does . Well done johnny. You're fully aware of what to avoid or eat in very minimum amounts.Good Morning, my lovely friends on the Type 2 Life thread of the Diabetes Forum,
Today, Thursday 4th January 2018 CE I shall be 42 Days Quit from Smoking and that will exactly be at 12:45 PM (GMT) because I smoked my last roll-up at 12:45 PM (GMT) on Thursday 23rd November 2017 CE.
So far, earlier on today I ate a dumpling out of my Sainsbury's Classic Beef Stew And Dumplings £2.40 ready meal, and I've taken my medication and my blood glucose reading now, 7:45 AM (GMT) was 8.7 so the flour in the dumpling must have well spiked my glycaemic index. I've also ingested 2 Kenco Decaff coffees with coffee mate light and 3 teaspoons of Canderel granulated sweetener each.
I learned about dietetics/nutrition in the large amount that I know already from http://www.diabetes.co.uk, @ickihun, my lovely friend Vicky.Well done johnny. You're fully aware of what to avoid or eat in very minimum amounts.
How good are you reading food labels? Do you?
Ron's back at pain clinic in Monday. Hope the nurse gives him something to help him sleep. At the moment I'm going to bed in the early hours and he's still awake in pain. He gets up early as he's not able to relax in bed . Just wish i knew what has caused this pain. It is all through his body .Tell Ron we'll be over one by one to cook him roasts. Ha ha. He wouldn't know what hit him.
Maybe once kids are older I'll be over to give you a break hun. Or maybe Mr ickihun will help me to give you a break. I don't write anything out. Maybe after my op my back discs may settle back into place.
Tramadol relaxes my muscle tension from pain generated from back/leg pain. Not sure what I'll be given after op. Tramadol may be stopped.
I know only a temporary drug.
Oh god. Poor man.Ron's back at pain clinic in Monday. Hope the nurse gives him something to help him sleep. At the moment I'm going to bed in the early hours and he's still awake in pain. He gets up early as he's not able to relax in bed . Just wish i knew what has caused this pain. It is all through his body .
