Type 2 Life

HI @Hiitsme your shoulder been giving you grief for long? How you managing it, exercises, stretching, pills. Have you seen a physio?
Mine is slowly getting better doing stretching.... so fingers crossed.
Wish you a quick recovery.

Thank you for your concern. I had problems a few years ago but didn't go to doctors and did calm down. I do think I need to do some exercises to help strengthen it. It has calmed down now so no point in seeing doctor.

My problems are minor compared with yours. Yours you have no control over so I do hope things settle down.

5.9 this morning and better sleep which I'm sure helps and minimal pain again which I'm sure also helps.

Lizanne and Hankjam my son has Aspergers and had sleep problems when he was younger. Now he's 22 and a student he has the opposite problem - can't get him to stop sleeping! It's his first day back at college , he needs to catch the bus in an hour and is still asleep! I think I need a crowbar to get him out of bed :)

5.8 am
another late one, which seems to fit the pattern.
Tomorrow starts at 05:50, so be interesting to see what it is... left over beef from last night will be a curry tonight.
Good to all.

Our boys are wonderfully different, are they not? Hope you managed to get your boy up in time for the bus x

Blood test results back from 29 Dec, my kidney function is completely normal despite my recent blood pressure worries AND my HbA1c has dropped from 31 to 29 during the three months since I stopped taking Metformin :joyful::singing::cool: This is all thanks to the support and advice I've received here, encouraging me on my LCHF journey. You people?? You are the best - thank you!!!
