When you're messaging is it a post on a thread or private message?
I keep putting @ next to members name by accident when I'm making a private message. In recipient box. It won't accept it. Just name only needed.
 
@ickihun got my almond flour off eBay for less than that few months ago. NEVER use H&B they're too price for every thing. Used to go in for soft liquorice once upon a time but don't go into city if I can help it

It just won't let me do anythink, can read very first messages from page 1!!!!! Then it cuts of and I have to try & rejion over & over till it accepts me, usualy says no one that name registered! I certainly can't send PM messages, this happened before but much worse this time, I can get PmS, but can't see attachment. Anyone live near sutton, Birmingham? We've got lovely weather today, was gonna go for walk but ended up cleaning grill rack & being lazy, still trying to take it easy don't want to push eye to detach, understand there's been some photos! Won't let me see them! I was a beach boys, moody blues lover, Moody's were from Birmingham, had everythink of there's till my sister dumped them when I was on holiday !!!!!! I'm a Blues & Motown, reggae lover mainly. Anyway I'll keep trying have a great day everyone, hope all goes well for those who have medical tests

There coconut oil is £3 more exspensive than lloyds and it's the same thing, Tirana organics

Know how you feel, any pain I get I'm told it's cos of my dissability , took years once to get my gallbladder removed! Had continual pain in that area, Had nothink to do with my dissability!!! Don't give up, it will get better soon. Take care of yourself
 
Feeling good. Battery of tests to check my ticker went fine and the consultant tells me I can start cardio exercise again...yippee. 1.8m, 76 kg, medics want me to get to 70kg for personal fat threshold, but at least I've now lost 21lbs In 6 weeks in LCHF. BP has tumbled as well...so a very happy day. :)

well done Kevin, I note your HCP's weight target and make a note not to ask mine. I am only 1.68m and weigh in at 65kg, they would probably target me at 50kg :(
@13lizanne you can see me in the London Marathon..............................................1982 and 1983

have you cleared your cookies and cache, it might not be a permanent solution but worth a try.

Other alternative is to join again under a different username and just let us all know you're really you :) x
 
@liam1955 i worked for 5 and 1/2 hours in garden and the bulk of the border ground work is done. I will move some plants in and plant some new ones in the next few days and then wood bark as a mulch. Then I want to get stuck into the rest of the garden. I'm having a bath soon and will then see if back is complaining. :)

Its official !!......after a bit of a meltdown in January, have succeeded in losing 2 stone (16st 6 to 14st 6) but cutting out the booze and following the LCHF diet. BG is pretty good now too :-) Thanks for all great tips/recipes and generally good advise. This forum is a massive help in the fight against this disease. Looking forward now to getting another stone off :-)
